With a career spanning over 40 years and performances in more than 165 countries, Wolfgang Riebe is a true international phenomenon. Known for blending mind-bending illusions, comedy, and storytelling, he has mesmerised audiences across the globe - from intimate theatre settings to grand corporate stages, and on luxury cruise ships worldwide.

Wolfgang has starred in many of his own prime-time TV series, delivered TEDx talks, and authored over 65 books, including global bestsellers. His signature philosophy -“Life is magic - let’s enjoy every moment” - shines through every performance, leaving audiences laughing, amazed, and inspired. He has also been honoured with a Lifetime Achievement award for his outstanding contribution to the art of magic.

A pioneer in his field, Wolfgang was the first African magician to perform and lecture at Hollywood’s iconic Magic Castle. He holds the prestigious Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation, a mark of excellence held by fewer than 850 speakers worldwide.

Offstage, Wolfgang is equally enchanting. Married for 40 years and father to two daughters, he calls Cape Town home, where he created The Magic Manor, South Africa’s own magical wonderland overlooking Table Mountain.

Though officially retired, Wolfgang remains in high demand as a host, guest entertainer, and cruise director, bringing his unique brand of magic, humour, and charm to audiences everywhere.
