Kristin Blatchford is a New Orleans transplant, who has made a name for herself in the community as a Technical Director, and Scenic Designer. With her BA in Theatrical Design and Production from Arizona State University, she has been engineering, designing, and fabricating scenic elements while representing her Sun Devil pride for over 12 years. Among other accomplishments, Kristin held the Technical Director position with the Jefferson Performing Arts Society for nearly a decade.

 

Her experience has also been garnered by working with the New Orleans Opera Association, Maloney Productions, Northwestern State University, and Windstar Cruises. Kristin's expertise includes production areas ranging from scenic painting and theatrical curtains, to welding and rigging. Theatre production is her true calling, where she loves to bring an immersive world to life, through fine craftsmanship and innovation.
